- PR NO: 0024743362– NSN: 6230-00-889-1559 – ELECTRIC FLOODLIGHT – DRAWING I/A/W SPEC NR MIL-F-16377/61 (1) NOT 1 AMEND NR 1 TYPE NUMBER P/N M16377/61-303.1 - FIRST ARTICLE TESTING (CONTRACTOR) - CRITICAL This solicitation is for a Firm Fixed quantity contract. Required quantity is 870 each with a 100 percent option. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as Small Business Set-Aside. Delivery requirement is 180 days. A Subcontracting Plan is not required. FOB Destination with Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are available at DSCR. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. ORCA ELECTRONIC ANNUAL FAR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS SHALL BE COMPLETED AT http://orca.bpn.gov, FAR Provision 52.204-8 is included in the solicitation. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Annual updates to your registration will be required. For registration procedures and information please call 1-888-227-2423 or visit the World Wide Web at http://ccr.edi.dsa.mil.
