- Fully executed copy of Modification 003 for task order AG-3K15-D-09-0031 RECOVERY. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service awarded a firm fixed priced task order modification to DMJMH+N, Inc of Arlington, VA, under task order AG-3K15-D-09-0031 for architectural and engineering (A-E) services. The task order modification is for Construction Phase A-E Services for the Modernization of the Fort Keogh Livestock and Range Research Laboratory. The task order was issued against an existing contract which was competed in accordance with the Brooks Act and awarded as an Architect and Engineering, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity Contract.
