Description

This is a change to an awarded contract. Only the awarded company (Sauer Inc.) may submit bid/questions. Change to Temp Classroom. Construct single 5000+ sf temporary classroom building. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and plant for 5000+ sf modular classroom building in lieu of the two (2) required 2500 sf modular classroom buildings. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and plant as needed for fire sprinkler protection of the 5000 sf modular classroom building per NFPA 13. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and plant as required for site utility changes, and paved access changes (concrete sidewalks) associated with relocation the modular classroom building approximately 75 ft off the road and 100 ft to the side. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and plant for and 8 ft tall temporary perimeter fence and double gate, surrounding modular classroom. Fencing to incorporate screening slats per original scope of work/specifications of the project. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and plant necessary to incorporate operable/movable partition at 5000+ sf temporary modular classroom building.
