- Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology (T4) ProgramThe VA TAC is currently reviewing all of the comments submitted in response to our request for comment, which closed January 11, 2010. The RFP release date has not been determined. A revised DRAFT PWS and evaluation criteria as well as other information will be provided at a later date. An industry day is being planned for the near future and will be announced at this site. Thank you for your interest in the T4 requirement. We encourage all interested parties to continue to monitor this site and register as an interested vendor on FedBizOpps in order to receive updated information as it is posted.
