- a. The purpose of the amendment is to extend the area of consideration for the March 19-21, 2010 Yellow Ribbon event. b. As there was no response received which could accommodate the requirement identified in the original announcement for the March 19-21, 2010 Yellow Ribbon event, the area of consideration is hereby extended east (I-64 corridor) to Williamsburg, VA and west (I-64 corridor) to Charlottesville, VA. c. Any quote received in response to this amendment will be evaluated for the March 2010 event only; therefore, do not submit a quote for the April 2010 event. d. All other terms and conditions of the combined synopsis solicitation remain unchanged. e. Quotes are due not later than 5:30 p.m. ET, Wednesday, January 27, 2010. All questions shall be submitted in writing and received prior to the closing date and time. Questions and quotes shall be emailed or faxed to Becky Fowler at rebecca.fowler@us.army.mil or 434-298-6206.
