You may email your request ATTN: CCAM-AL-L, Michael Haywood, Contracting Officer, via email michael.haywood1@us.army.mil or fax request to (256) 955-9237. No telephone request will be accepted. PRON: D10F0027AX, NSN: 1005-13-116-2129, PN: 3526010023, Quantity: 315 each applicable to the LOS-R (AVENGER). F.O.B. Origin with delivery to Chambersburg, PA. Required delivery is 315 each, 60 Days after Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to FN Herstal SA (CAGE B0897) because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. THIS PART MUST BE ACQUIRED FROM A MANUFACTURING SOURCE(S) SPECIFIED ON A SOURCE CONTROL OR SELECTED ITEM DRAWING AS DEFINED BY THE CURRENT VERSION OF DOD-STD-100. SUITABLE TECHNICAL DATA, GOVERNMENT DATA RIGHTS, OR MANUFACTURING KNOWLEDGE ARE NOT AVAILABLE TO PERMIT ACQUISITION FROM OTHER SOURCES, NOR QUALIFICATION TESTING OF ANOTHER PART, NOR USE OF A SECOND SOURCE PART IN THE INTENDED APPLICATION.
