This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). Submit written quotes on RFP Number AG-4419-S-10-0308. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-33. This solicitation is being issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 115310, Support Activities for Forestry. The services covered in this solicitation call for the installation of new and replacment signs and posts (signs, posts, and hardware to be supplied by the Government) on roads located throughout the Monongahela National Forest. This project will provide job opportunities in local communities in many counties, reduce critical deferred maintenance work, and improve visitor safety and enjoyment.
