- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 3), James J. Peters VA Medical Center, Network Acquisitions and Logistics program anticipates the award of a Firm Fixed Price contract for providing Armored Car Service for the VA Hudson Valley Health Care System, Castle Point and Montrose Campuses. Three trips per week at the Montrose Campus and Two trips per week at the Castle Point Campus.This requirement is a Total Small Business Set-aside, meaning the government will accept quotes from all qualified small business (Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Veteran Owned Small Business, Hubzone, 8(A) OR Small Business). The applicable NAICS Code is 561613, Armored Car Services. To be considered a small business under this NAICS code the SBA size standard must not exceed $12.5 Million. The Request for Quote (RFQ) solicitation will be issued on or about January 22, 2010. All information for this solicitation will be posted on FedBizOpps http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Potential bidders MUST register at FedBizOpps www.fedbizopps.gov in order to receive notifications and/or changes to the solicitation. Potential bidders are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information. The Interested Vendors List (IVL) will be activated and may be accessed and printed from the FedBizOpps website. All interested parties MUST be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database and must have current record in the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) prior to award of contract.
