- The US Army Contracting Command, Joint Armaments Center, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ intends to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source effort with Integrated System Diagnostics (ISD), 889 Shore Rd, Pocasset, MA 02559-2057; however, responsible offerors may submit a capability statement, or quotation, which shall be considered by the Government. This acquisition is being conducted using simplified acquisition procedures. The NAICS Code for this acquisition is 541519 and the small business size standard is $18M. The Government has a need to purchase Capability Maturity Model Integrated (CMMI) Class B Appraisal Support and Class A Readiness Review. The period of performance will be six months. This proposed contract action is a follow-on effort which requires information that was obtained on a previously awarded contract action, which was performed by ISD.
