Period of Performance is 04/28/10 - 06/30/10 and Place of Performance is S. O. Conte Anadromous Fish Laboratory, One Migratory Way, Turners Falls, MA 01376. Dollar Value of This Action is $73,746.00. Full or partial funding for requirements to be completed by the contractor will utilize funds provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (the 'Act'), Public Law 111-5. Unique provisions required to implement the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements, have been included. (ATN #DM0054)
