- Description
- This will be a requirements type contract utilizing BEQ's for AN/ALQ-213 Processor Upgrade Kits, PN: 329678-001 and Countermeasures Signal Processor Chassis, PN: 228300-105C. The APU kit is comprised of two newly engineered circuit card assemblies (CCAs) and an Ethernet connector. The ALQ-213 Countermeasures Set (CMS) is an Electronic Warfare (EW) system that serves as the primary EW system controller on F-16C+ and A-10 aircraft. BEQ's will be 1295 each of the upgrade kits and 50 each of the chassis's spread over a basic period of 12 months and 4 option years for a total of 5 years. There are possibilities of Foreign Military Sales with this requirement. Ship to addresses will be confirmed by the item manager 30 days prior to shipment. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Terma North America, Warner Robins, GA, (CAGE 4AHH0), under authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1), Justification: supplies or services are available from only one or a limited number of sources and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Anticipated award date is May 2010. All interested parties should contact the buyer/PCO identified herein for additional information and may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Contractor must hold a Secret Clearance.
