- This is a modification to the original synopsis posted on November 24, 2010 to inform all prospective offerors that there has been a quantity increase from 36 each to 45 each, and to inform offerors that requests for Government Furnished Tooling should be submitted at time of proposal. PR 0024463429 RFP SPMA5-10-R-0157 NSN: 6220-01-271-4954, Light, Navigational, Aircraft in support of B1-B Aircraft. This is a Critical Application item produced in accordance with part number 30-0889-7, Approved source of supply is Grimes Aerospace Company cage code 72914, P/N 30-0889-7. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement are not legally available and cannot be furnished by the Government. It may be necessary to request Government Furnished Tooling and any request for tooling should be submitted with proposals. This is an unrestricted procurement, being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1). This item is not commercial off the shelf. This is a solicitation for a proposed firm fixed price, fixed quantity contract for quantity of 45 each. FOB destination, Inspection & Acceptance at destination. Requested delivery is 215 days ARO. Progress payments are not authorized for this NSN I/A/W FAR subpart 32.5. Stock delivery location will be 33 each to Tracy, CA (W62G2T) and 12 each to New Cumberland, PA (W25G1U). Solicitation may be available for issue on or about February 5, 2010 and will close on or about 2:00pm March 8, 2010. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. RFP’s are in portable document format (PDF).
