Description

Wage Determination - Los Angeles Additional Doc SF18 This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for Janitorial Service (Includes Carpet Cleaning) for the Angeles National Forest Los Angele River Ranger District in San Fernando California (See attached RFQ AG-91T5-S-10-0002). This procurement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All responses must be in writing and may be faxed to 626-821-6799 or email (kcarvajal@fs.fed.us). This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $100,000.00. Quote must be all inclusive. Period of Performance: Base Period: 03/01/2010 - 09/30/2010 Plus 4 Option Years: 10/01/2010 - 09/30/2014 Site visit can be arranged with COR Mike Yates or Chris Haun (818-899-1900) to provide better and accurate quote. Provide following information: Tax ID #: DUNS #: Are you registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR.gov)? If not MUST register.
