- Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Irwin, CA is soliciting proposals from Hub-Zone construction firms having the capability to perform the work described below. This solicitation will be issued as a 100% Hub-Zone Set-Aside for businesses under NAICS Code 238220, (Size Standard $14.0). The magnitude of the project is estimated between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00 Solicitation package will be available on or about 19 February 2010.
