THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009 (ARRA). "THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY" The Government intends to purchase 11,000 Vispore tree mats to be delivered to the La Grande Ranger District, 3502 Highway 30, La Grande, OR 97814. The mats are to be delivered no later than 4/1/2010.
