Description
The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A’ contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 6,854 rentable square feet in Los Angeles, CA. The space should yield 5,960 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The Government will require eight (8) reserved parking spaces. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: SOUTH BOUNDARY (going from West to East) Parkway Calabasas to Park Granada to Park Capri to Park Sienna to Park Ora to Valmar Rd. to Mulholland Drive to Ventura Blvd. EAST BOUNDARY (going from South to North) Canoga Ave. to Califa Street to Variel Ave. NORTH BOUNDARY ( going from East to West) Oxnard St. to Shoup Ave. to Vanowen Street WEST BOUNDARY (going from North to South) Valley Circle Blvd. t o Hwy. 101 to Parkway Calabasas The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than December 30, 2010. The offered space must meet Government requirements for GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS) Requirements. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building’s ownership.
