- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number: W912420039A001 Notice Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Synopsis: COMBINED SYNOPSIS - SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS (IAW FAR 12.603 (c)) (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation/synopsis reference number is W912420039A001 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36, Effective 9 Feb 2010. (iv) This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 488190 with a $7 million size standard. (v) Contractors shall submit a lump sum quote on the attached quote sheet for the following: 0001 The contractor will prep and paint C130 aircraft in Hanger 4 at the NC Air National Guard in Charlotte NC in accordance with the attached performance work statement. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered. A site visit will be conducted on 16 Feb 10 at 0900. You must have a valid drivers license, proof of insurance, and vehicle registration to get on base. (vii) Delivery for this acquisition is FOB destination.
