DESCRIPTION: The General Services Administration (GSA), is interested in leasing approximately 11,498 rentable square feet of contiguous office space yielding a minimum of 9,998 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet (previously usable). Second floor space is preferred, but not required. One (1) reserved parking space is required for a Government vehicle. Amenities and public transportation need to be available nearby—the required proximity will be specified at the time of issuance of solicitation for offers. LOCATION: Offered properties shall be located within the following delineated area: North: Highway 92 East: Western Edge of San Francisco Bay South: Ravenswood Avenue to Middlefield Road to Willow Road West: Highway 82, aka El Camino Real Both sides of boundary streets shall be considered. LEASE TERM: The lease will be for fifteen (15) years, ten (10) years firm. REQUIRED: Any offered buildings must be of sound and substantial construction, of a type generally recognized as modern office space. The space shall be altered to meet the Government’s requirements, shall have a fully serviced rent structure, shall be fully accessible in accordance with ADA standards, and shall conform to applicable Life Safety Performance Level of RP 6 (seismic standards). The Government prefers contiguous space. Second floor space or above is preferred, but not required. POINT OF CONTACT: Expressions of interest should be submitted to the following person and address in writing, via e-mail, or via fax, and should provide the building name, address, and the offered square footage, a site plan, and a list of moderately priced eateries and other employee services located within two miles of the site.
