Description

MODIFICATION #2 EXTEND THE RESPONSE DATE FROM 02/19/2010 TO 02/26/2010 INFORM ALL INTERESTED BIDDERS THAT THERE WILL BE MULTIPLE AWARDS AGAINST THIS SOLICITATION FOR EACH LOCATION. This is a modification of a previously announced procurement for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation No. RA000410043 herein cited will be procured under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-29. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 331111. Add an additional 4,400 Steel T Posts for a total amount of 20,604 with 9,800 going to Lame Deer, Montana Add an additional 192 rolls of Barb Wire. Add an additional 4400 Fence Stays, change from 38" to 42" 0001: Steel "T" Fence Posts 1.33 lbs per ft 6 1/2 ft long = 20,604 ea @ $__________ = $____________ 0002: Spool (1320 ft) Barbed Wire 12 1/2 gauge 4 barb gavlanized = 537 ro @ $__________ = $____________ 0004: 38 Inch Wire Fence Stays = 12,821 ea @ $__________ = $____________ Must meet requirement Standard specifications for Construction of Roads and Bridges on Federal Highway Projects FP-03 which can be found at www.wfl.fha.dot.gov/design/specs/fp03.htm. AWARD: Award will be made to the lowest priced offeror, whos quote conforming to the requirements herein, will be the most advantageous to the Government. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN THE SAME.
