Description

RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. The GSA has a requirement for renovation of the 9th Floor of the O'Neil Federal Building. This opportunity is available only to contractors who have received a previously competed regional GSA Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) multiple award contract to provide construction services. Each firm under the GSA Region 1 IDIQ will be provided a fair opportunity to participate in this project. The contractors, listed in no particular order are: Commonwealth Building Inc, 265 Willard Street, Quincy MA; CCB Inc, Five Star Industrial Park, Westbrook, Me; CTS, 99 Crescent Avenue, Chelsea MA and Tricore, 100 Sharp Street, Hingham, MA.
