- RECOVERY Previous Announcement A177010A004. PMIS 11436, Treasury Account Symbol (TAS): 14-1041. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-38. This solicitation is a total small business set-aside, NAICS 326191, with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The National Park Service encourages the participation of small, disadvantaged, and women-owned businesses. The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed price contract to the responsible offeror whose total offer represents the best value for the Government, price and technical factors considered. The Sandy Hook Unit of the Gateway National Recreation Area has a requirement/need for: Two (2) each 2 x 2 solid plastic toilet partition compartment with 1 ADA Stall- men's room.Twol (2) each 2x 5 solid plastic toilet partition compartment with 1 ADA Stall- women's room. Countertop Materials: 2 pieces of 2' x 8'2" countertop 1 piece of 2' x 4'11.5" countertop 1 piece of 2' x 9'7" countertop 1 piece of 2' x 5'1" countertop 1 piece of 2' x 9'5.5" countertop 1 piece of 55" x 120" solid plastic sheet Price shall include the cost of the transportation and delivery of all products ordered. DELIVERY OF REQUIREMENTS: Gateway National Recreasion Area, Sanday Hook UnitBuilding 130, 130 Hartshorne DRFort Hancock, New Jersey, 07732. DELIVERY SCHEDULE: Delivery must be made 10 Days ARO. STATEMENT OF WORK: RECOVERY PROJECT - PMIS 11436 Intent Replacement toilet partitions and counter tops for the Comfort Stations at Beach Centers B and C at the Sandy Hook Unit of Gateway National Recreation Area. Specifications of Product:Toilet Partitions:Toilet partitions shall be floor mounted overhead braced.All toilet partitions shall be 1-inch thick solid plastic.The toilet partition kit shall come complete with doors, pilaster, continuous stainless steel piano hinges and continuous aluminum brackets, and all hardware necessary for proper installation of the partitions. Diagrams for the toilet partitions for the Beach Center B and C Men's Room and the Beach Center B and C Women's Room are attached. Countertops:All counter tops are to be 1" solid plastic with a 5" skirt.Sink penetrations are to be cut out by installer.No backsplash is required. Toilet PartitionsThe vendor shall provide a cost to provide the following toilet partition materials:2 x 2 solid plastic toilet partition compartments with 1 ADA stall for the men's room at Beach Center B and C 2 x 5 solid plastic toilet partition compartment with 1 ADA stall for the women's room at Beach Center B and CPrice shall include the cost of the transportation and delivery of all products ordered. The vendor shall send color charts of the partitions and countertops and shall provide the details of the product warranty. Schedule for Work Upon award of contract, the vendor shall complete the delivery within 10 calendar days after a color has been specified. Deliveries must be performed in between the hours of 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. during the work week of Monday thru Friday excluding Holidays.
