THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS PROPOSED ACTION WILL RESULT IN A TASK ORDER ISSUED AGAINST AN EXISTING MUTIPLE AWARD TASK ORDER CONTRACT (MATOC) FOR A DESIGN BUILD SERVICES TO INCLUDE ENERGY CONSERVATION UPGRADES IN SUPPORT OF THE PLANNED AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA), RECOVERY PROJECTS FOR THE MODERNIZATION OF THE ANCHORAGE FEDERAL BUILDING AND ANNEX G LOCATED IN ANCHORAGE, ALASKA. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO CURRENT Region 10 Northern Service Center Multiple Award Task Order CONTRACT HOLDERS. This is not a request for quotations. The Design and Construction Division, Northwest Arctic Region, General Services Administration (GSA), desires to obtain Energy conservation upgrades for a Recovery-funded design build project. The resultant task order will be competed amongst current eligible MATOC only. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code of 236220 Product.
