Description
The Spokane VAMC in Spokane, WA intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for annual equipment maintenance on the following equipment: 2 ea, Fuji Computed Radiography Readers, Model # XG5000 and 1 ea, Fuji Smart Computed Radiography Reader, Model # CR-IR 346RU. Contractor to provide full service and supply contract to include but not limited to: one (1) annual preventative maintenance call for each piece of equipment listed below, unlimited service calls, 24 hour per day customer service and technical support, labor, certified service technicians, maintenance materials and service, tools, and parts necessary to perform the required service in accordance with the manufacturer's service manuals for the equipment listed herein. Contractor shall guarantee an uptime of 99 percent through proper maintenance of the system in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. Proper maintenance shall be accomplished by the following: 1.Annual preventive maintenance (PM) per manufacturer's specifications. PM shall be performed during contract coverage hours. 2.Onsite field coverage Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM through 5:00 PM, excluding holidays. 3.In-house service tech (BESS) shall provide first-call service. 4.Telephonic response time shall not exceed one (1) hour for hard down systems. 5.Onsite field response time shall not exceed four (4) hours from time service is called in for hard down systems. 6.Shall include all parts necessary to repair all three computed radiography readers and their respective components. Does not include consumables. 7.Shall include all labor and travel. 8.Shall include all software updates based up original O.S. & application purchased configuration. This shall exclude software/hardware performance upgrades. 9.Shall provide reduced overtime rates of at least 40% off of normal overtime rates for service calls outside normal service hours. 10.Shall provide a discount off of list price for replacement cassettes and imaging plates. 11.Shall provide one Technician service school for systems the Spokane VA Medical Center owns to allow for first call contract. 12.After hours and/or Over Time rates will apply at a discounted rate when necessary.
