- This action has been awarded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of2009. In compliance with this Act, the Government posts this notice that Delivery Order1167 was issued under contract NNJ08JA02C, the Facilities Contract, to procure facilitiessupport services in support of Hurricane Ike Phase II roof repairs funded by the RecoveryAct. The facilities support service provided under Delivery Order 1167 is to provide alay down area for the contractor to store materials associated Recovery Act funded roofrepairs at Johnson Space Center (JSC).<P>The Facilities Contract is a firm-fixed-price/cost-plus-award fee/award term contractwhich was awarded on a competitive basis. The delivery orders were issued under thefixed-price portion of the contract.
