- This action has been awarded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of2009. In compliance with this Act, the Government posts this notice that Delivery Order1168 was issued under contract NNJ08JA02C, the Facilities Contract, to procure facilitiessupport services in support of Hurricane Ike Phase II repairs funded by the Recovery Act.The facilities support services provided under Delivery Order 1168 are to clean, seal andcaulk all joints on the Pre-cast Exposed Aggregate Faced (PEAF) panels on the exterior ofbuildings 2, 3, 5, 11, 13, 16, 24, 29, 33, 35, 48, 110, and 111 that require maintenanceand show physical damage sustained during Hurricane Ike in 2008. <P>The Facilities Contract is a firm-fixed-price/cost-plus-award fee/award term contractwhich was awarded on a competitive basis. The delivery orders were issued under thefixed-price portion of the contract.<P>
