- RECOVERY, This notice is for information purposes only. The following modifications were issued to Contract No. GS-01P-09-BZ-C-0014 to add change order work as follows: Modification PS03, Security System Modifications, Lead Paint Pilot Tests and Phase 1 PCB ligh removal and disposal for a total of 155,363.00. Modification PS04, includes installation of CAT 5 Cables and Removal of excess furniture, accessories and fixtures for a total of 15,920.00. These modifications are being made to an existing contract that was completed using fulland open competion.
