Description

Contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, materials and supervision necessary to demolish the existing aluminum storefront and install a new storefront system to match the old in style, size, and color at the U.S. Cargo Facility in Detroit, Michigan. This project is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. This project is set-aside for small businesses. NAICS is 238150 and the size standard is $14.0 Million. This is a negotiated procurement. The number of offers received, the identity of offerors, and the amount of any offer or relative standing of any offer will not be disclosed. Proposals will be evaluated on price alone. The solicitation will be issued on or about February 24, 2010; the date for receipt of proposals will be stated in the solicitation. Offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and for monitoring FedBizOpps for amendments and/or additional information. In order to download the solicitation document, contractors shall be registered in the CCR and have a valid DUNS number. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
