NSN 1560-01-576-6095, Parts Kit, Wing, PR number 0024137054, used on the A-10 Aircraft. Solicitation is for 106 each to be shipped to Hill AFB, UT within 196 days After Receipt of Order. Approved sources are Northrop Grumman Systems, CAGE 26512 and Fatigue Technology International, CAGE 54139, P/N 264J611305-1. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are available for use in providing an alternate offer Source Approval Request package only. Solicitation is unrestricted for business size. Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C ) (1). Automated Best Value System (AVBS) and/or the Past Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) will be used as an evaluation factor. The solicitation issue date isFeburary 25, 2010 with a closing date of March 25, 2010. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
