- This serves as notice that the United States Government has accepted an offer to lease 1581 rentable square feet of space yielding a minimum of 1375 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet and 0 surface parking spaces using Full and Open Competition practices for a new lease for the Social Security Administration. The lease has been awarded to the Park Plaza, LLC in Williston, ND. Commencing September 1, 2010 through October 31, 2020, the U.S. Government shall pay the Lessor annual rent of $29,058.78 for a fully serviced lease at the rate of $2,421.56 per month. Said rent shall consist of a shell rental in the amount of $22,924.50 annually and an operating rent of $6,134.28. The lease terms are set at 10 years/2 years firm. GSA may terminate this lease after October 31, 2012 with 90 days written notice to the Lessor.
