- REQUIREMENT: The Federal Government leases approximately 7,291 rentable square feet of office space, yielding a minimum of 6,340 ANSI/BOMA square feet of office space, in the Richmond, Virginia area. The Government currently occupies 6,340 rentable square feet of office space in Richmond, Virginia. The Government intends to exercise a one year renewal option at this location. The Government will consider alternate locations if economically advantageous to the Government and if all space requirements can be met. Factors used in the evaluation include costs of all tenant improvements, the physical move, move coordination, telecommunication costs, security costs, etc. The impact on the agency's mission will also be assessed. LOCATION: The delineated area is as follows: The northern boundary shall be Creighton Road from Dabbs House Road to Route 295. The southern boundary shall be Route 895 from Route 295 to Darbytown Road to South Laburnum Road to Charles City Road; the western boundary shall be Charles City Road from South Laburnum Road to Brittles Lane to Masonic Lane to Nine Mile Road (Route 33) to Dabbs House Road to Creighton Road; the eastern boundary shall be Route 295 to Route 895. The Government reserves the right to amend the delineated area and the terms of the Lease. OCCUPANCY: Space must be ready for occupancy no later than March 24, 2011. Expressions of interest shall be submitted within five (5) days of this publication and include the following: 1. Building name and address, parking information and associated literature with AutoCad 1/8" scaled floor plans. 2. Rentable square feet and rentable rate per square foot. 3. Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet and ANSI/BOMA usable rate per square foot. Owners and Authorized Agents: Submissions by other than the owner of a property must be accompanied by a letter granting permission to make a general offering of the space. This is not a solicitation for offers, nor a request for proposals. The Government will not pay for any costs incurred as a result of this advertisement.
