- PLANNING, DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION GUIDELINES This is the approved scope of work. Request for Proposal Tension Fabric Structure - Smart Grid Trades Project Giordonello.Andrew@jobcorps.org. Concerned parties may request a bid packet via email. The Oneonta Job Corps Academy (OJCA) and Education & Training Resources (ETR); located at 21 Homer Folks Avenue, Oneonta, N.Y. 13820, 607-433-2111, are desirous of a certified, bonded, licensed, and fully insured contractor to submit a bid on the project mentioned herein; and if successfully awarded the subject contract, to satisfactorily perform the following work project according to the established criteria contained within same. Prevailing wages do apply to this project. Point of contact for this project is Mr. Andrew Giordonello; he can be reached by telephone at: (607) 431-1475, or via email at 1. There will be a mandatory pre-proposal meeting and site walk through at OJCA; concerned parties will meet in the Finance & Administration Office, located in the OJCA Main Building on 12 November 2010 at 10:00 am. Please contact Administrative Assistant, Amanda Reeder at (607) 431-1500 with questions regarding meeting logistics. 2. Sealed Proposals are due to Mr. Andrew Giordonello, not later than 4:00 pm, 26 November 2010. 3. Contractor will be required to secure a performance bond against the total contract amount upon award of contract and prior to project commencement. 4. A detailed project orientation and complete Scope of Work will be provided at the pre-proposal meeting. 5. Project solicitation and complete Scope of Work to include Tension Fabric (Dome Type) Structure specifications are presently posted on the website of　 www.fedbizops.gov. 6.
