- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-46 effective 29 September 2010. The Primary North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 423120, Motor Vehicle Supplies and New Parts. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 5013, Motor Vehicle Parts and Supplies. This requirement is solicited under full and open competition. No set aside applies to this posting/solicitation. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: Award will be made to the offeror which offers the lowest technically acceptable price to the government. This requirement is being solicited as a brand name or equal request. Please refer to the Basis of Award for specifics concerning evaluation factors. The Government also reserves the right to make no award at all.
