Description

Description: Contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for installation of a water filtration system for the facility chilled water system at the VA Medical Center in Spokane, Washington. Contractor will furnish and install a 'Rain for Rent model BF-400' or approved equal in a side stream configuration. Work includes, but not limited to, demolish existing filter and 1" piping back to main; remove pressure gauges for reuse in new supply and return piping; install bleed valves, insulation, and new piping to the filter as required using the existing 8" isolation valve and stub out; provide supports as required to mount the filtration system on top of the existing curb and grating; and, perform pressure test, cleaning, and flushing only. VA will perform the chemical additions. NAICS is 238220 applies, Size Standard is$14.0 million. This procurement is set-aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concerns. Offers from other than service-disabled veteran owned small business concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. To be considered for award, the offeror must be registered with www.ccr.gov; www.dnb.com and must be a certified veteran enterprise (CVE) as www.vetbiz.gov. The construction magnitude for this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
