Description

This is notification that DLA intends to solicit and issue a modification to add the following sole source NSNs to BAE Corporate Contract SPM400-06-D-9405: 5865-01-381-1416 5865-01-411-5280 5930-01-388-7669 5935-01-377-0974 5998-01-205-6527 5998-01-444-6017 5998-01-487-0738 6865-01-418-8760 Note 22 applies. The proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement or to submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, however, all proposals received within 45 days (30 days if award is issued under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis, will be considered by the Government.
