KNMD069209 - Squad Ops/AMU Hangar Synopsis: Construction of Structures and Facilities Potential Sources Sought Synopsis for PN KNMD069209 TFI-F-22 Squadron Operations/Aircraft Maintenance Unit (SO/AMU) Hangar. The Hawaii Air National Guard and United States Property and Fiscal Officer for Hawaii (USPFO) intends to solicit and award a project to construct a new facility for the Squadron Operations / Aircraft Maintenance Unit Hangar and renovate the existing building 3400. Project Description: The new SO/AMU F-22 Hangar Facility consists of a two-story administrative/maintenance shops and squadron operations area on the south side of the facility, a 6-bay F-22 maintenance hangar located in the center of the facility, and a single story shops/building utility lean-to structure located on the north side of the facility. The first floor AMU area consists of the following areas: Support Section which includes a Support Section area, Storage Support room, Storage Classified room, Support TODO office, Chief Support Flight office and Laundry room; Life Support area which includes Aircrew Flight Equipment room, AFE Laundry room, Oxygen room, Life Support Equipment room and Egress Procedures Training room; IMIS area which includes IMIS Un-classified room, IMIS Classified Server room, IMIS Classified room, Classified Debrief room; Administrative areas which include two OIC/Chief offices, open office cubicles for Weapons, Spec Flight, TAMS, Assist. OIC/NCO, LAN, AFETS/FSR, Product Supervisor, Expeditor, NCO Training, Ready room area; Break Room with adjoining Conference room; Men's and Women's Latrines/Showers/Locker area; Building Utility areas which include Mechanical rooms, Electrical rooms, Communication rooms, etc.; Circulation areas which include corridors, stairs (3) and elevator. The second floor Squadron Operations area consists of a Secured area, and Non-Secure area for the remainder of second floor. The non-secured area consists of the following: Operations areas which includes OPS Display area and Operations lobby area; administrative areas which include 531FS Commander office, 199FS Commander office, 199FS DO office, Airfield/Ops Support Staff area, Flight Commanders area, open office cubicles for Command Support staff, ADO/Schedule & Training, Mobility Storage room, Conference room, Publications Storage room; Main Briefing Room with 66 fixed seating/arm desk; Men's and Women's Latrines/Showers/Locker area which includes Life Support Locker Room. The secure area consists of a SAR Entry area, WDO office, Brief/De-brief Rooms 1-6 (one large with fixed seating/arm desk), Weapons office, Intelligence office, Library area, Mission/Tactical Planning. The second floor area also has space for building utilities (Mechanical, Electrical, Communications rooms) and circulation areas (corridors, stairs and elevator). Located on the north side of the hangar bay is a single story building utility lean-to building, an option, a single story shops/building utility lean-to will be located on the North side of the hangar bay. Options for this project will include: Demolition and Renovation of Building 3400; Epoxy Floor Coating in Hangar Bay; North Shops; Concrete Apron Pavement; Concrete Towway Connection; Landscaping; Free Standing Sunscreen; Covered Lanai with Second Floor Administrative Area (option 7 and 8 are mutually exclusive - the Government may if it choices to execute one but not both options); Screen Walls Surrounding Mechanical Equipment; All Lockers; All Casework; Fixed Seating on 2nd Floor; Markerboards, Screens and All Wall Boards; All Exterior Bollards; Government Owned Vehicle Asphalt Parking; AGE Concrete Parking Area; AGE Access Drive; Install, Terminate and Test Communications in System Furniture; and Mass Notification System Equipment and Wiring KNMD109500 - Infrastructure Support Synopsis: Construction of Structures and Facilities Potential Sources Sought Synopsis for PN KNMD109500 TFI-F-22 Beddown Infrastructure Support. The Hawaii Air National Guard and United States Property and Fiscal Officer for Hawaii (USPFO) intends to solicit and award a project to upgrade/revise the infrastructure and utilities systems to support the F-15 to F-22 aircraft conversion. Project Description: Provide upgraded utility infrastructure to support the beddown of F-22 aircraft. Work includes selective demolition of pavements and utilities, construction of new utilities including but not limited to domestic water, fire protection supply, communications and sanitary sewer. The project also provides new construction of parking and modifications to any existing fire protection pumphouse. Options for this project will include: Demo T/W MIKE & Clearwater; Mill and overlay existing AGE parking lot; Aircraft water sampling; Landscaping for parking lot; and Asphalt parking lot by CES. This requirement will be set aside for small business. Estimated date for posting this solicitation is January 13, 2011. Pre-Proposal Conference and site visit will be held on January 25, 2011, 09:30AM (HST), at the 154th CES, Building 3392, Hickam Air Force Base, Hawaii.
