Description

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Contracting Department Philadelphia Office intends to solicit for Customer Service Center (CSC) and Emergency Coordination Center (ECC) Support Services in support of Naval Personnel Command located in Millington TN. It is anticipated that the Navy will solicit for a firm fixed price contract for a 5 month base period beginning on 1 May 2011 and two 12-month option periods. Requirement will be solicited as a commercial item using the special simplified acquisition procedures as set forth in FAR Part 13.5 and FAR Part 12. Interested vendors will be asked to submit price and technical proposals. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 541513 with a size standard of $25 million. The solicitation shall be solicited as 100% small business set aside. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that will be considered by the Navy. The RFP will be made available electronically, upon its release, which is anticipated on or about 2/9/2011 on both FEDBIZOPPS and NECO (https://www.neco.navy.mil/). The RFP number is N00189-11-T-Z068. NOTE: ALL OFFERORS MUST BE REGISTERED (HTTP://WWW.CCR.GOV) IN THE CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (CCR).
