- Description
- This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because this is a task/delivery order where an exception to fair opportunity requirements was approved due to only one source being available (FAR 8.405-6(b)(1) or 16.505(b)(2)(ii)). This contract action was not awarded as a fixed price type because it was not possible to estimate accurately the extent or duration of the work or to anticipate costs with any reasonable degree of confidence. As such, a time-and-materials type action was awarded for commercial supplies and services (FAR 12.207(b)). Provide a USAF approved configuration line of detection for the Flight Line Restricted Area using Buried Line Sensor. Must integrate with existing Advantor Intrusion Detection System.
