- Description
- This is a compettive small business set aside invitation for bid/proposal.� The acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 236220 with small business set aside standard of 500 personnel.� The magnitude of the requirement is between $20K to $29K.� The place of performance is located at US Coast Guard Base Los Angeles-Long�Beach, 1001 S. Seaside Avenue, San Pedro, CA 90731-7331.� In particular, the project consist of:� Responsible Contractor or Vendor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation and license/permits as required to�RENOVATE, DEMOLISH, CONSTRUCT, INSTALL AND�PAINT bldg. 25 in accordance with the attached statement of work (SOW).� Any prospective�Contractor or Vendor must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award.� Wage will be in accordance with Davis-Bacon Act (DBA).� All proposals/bids will be evaluated ibase on technical knowledged, work experience in military environment, flexibility and price (not necessarily in that order).� All interested Vendors/Contractors are encouraged to attend a site vist/pre-bid conference schedule this coming 30 July 2020 at 0945AM (local).� Please call the point of contact (POC):� Mr. Paul Nelson at (310) 521-6014, location:� at the place of performance.� All price quotes/bids must be submitted via e-mail to:� Noel.P.Profeta@uscg.mil.� Deadline for price quote/bid submission:� 5:00PM (local)18 August 2020.�
