- THIS IS ONLY A SOURCES SOUGHT AT THIS TIME The Army Contracting Command - NJ, has a new requirement for repairs/replacement of Gutters, Downspouts, Lighting and HVAC in Penn Yan, NY. Work consists of but is not limited to: Install gutters and downspouts, replace exterior LED lighting, replace interior emergency lighting, remove and install split system HVAC units.
