- Description
- The 105th Airlift Wing of the New York Air National Guard located in Newburgh, NY intends to issue a Request for�Quote (RFQ) to award a single firm fixed price�contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor,�transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for the removal and installation of new retaining walls in Newburgh, NY (Orange County).� The project includes, but is not necessarily limited to: surveying,�inspection, excavation, grading, compaction, installation of retaining walls and associated safety features. The contract duration is 45 days after notice to proceed.� This project is set aside 100% for Small Businesses.� The North American Industry Classification�(NAICS) Code is 237990, with a size standard of $36,500,000.00.� The magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on-or-about 05 August�2020.� The tentative date for the pre-proposal�conference is on-or-about 27�August�2020,�10:00AM local time, location will be in solicitation.� Interested Contractors are encouraged to attend and shall follow conference registration and base access�requirements shown in the solicitation.� A site visit will follow the pre-proposal conference. All questions for the pre-proposal conference must be submitted�by 20�August�2020 via email to joseph.j.kugler.mil@mail.mil. The solicitation and associated information and the plans and specifications will be available only from the Contract Opportunities page at beta.SAM.gov.��Interested offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). To register go to www.sam.gov. Instructions for registering are on the web�page (there is no fee for registration).
