- This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for the Mississippi River Levee Construction in the�New Orleans District, Louisiana. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work includes furnishing all plant, labor, materials and equipment for excavation; construction of compacted and�un-compacted embankments for levees and berms; clearing and grubbing; placing geotextile; construction of sheet pile or slurry seepage�cut-offs; installation of groundwater relief well. MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: Betw een $25,000,000 and $100,000,000. YOU MUST BE REGISTERED IN beta.SAM.gov IN ORDER TO RECEIVE AN AWARD FROM THIS SOLICITATION. THE NAICS CODE FOR THIS PROJECT IS 237990 AND THE SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD IS $39,500,000.00. **Performance and Payment Bonds and Notices to Proceed (NTPs) will be received and issued on a task order basis. Each task order will have an individual period of performance w hich could, potentially, extend beyond the contract ordering period duration. **Solicitation Open 09 July 2020 - Closing 07 August 2020 at 2:00PM (CST). **The designated time for Industry Questions is 16 July 2020 - 30 July 2020.
