Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) has awarded Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (NGSC) Launch Vehicle Division under solicitation N00019-20-R-0030, for the procurement of Production and System Engineering and Life Cycle Sustainment support, including integrated logistic support, systems engineering, production feedback, and depot repairs for hardware and software in support of the GQM-163A Supersonic Sea Skimming Target (SSST) system.�� This acquisition was pursued on a sole-source basis under statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C. Section 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, ""Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements."" A determination by the Government not to compete this effort is solely within the discretion of the Government. This effort is covered under the Justification and Approval (J&A) number 20-0167 � redacted version attached to this announcement.
