Description

This Special Notice is issued to advise potential sources that: 1. Prior Sources Sought, 36C25522Q0002, issued 10/1/2021, used the wrong NAICS code for the project. 2. Prior Sources Sought title, ""Q522--36C255-21-AP-2794, Mobile MRI, Cape G"" is replaced as described in item 4. 3. Prior Sources Sought, 36C25522Q0002, is canceled. 4. Prior Sources Sought, 36C25522Q0002, will be replaced with a unique identifier for future publications in www.SAM.gov and will be entitled with the identifier and new title, ""36C255-21-AP-2794 / MRI Scan Services CG HCC"", to identify the required services are MRI Scan Services to the Cape Girardeau (Missouri, zip 63703) Health Care Center, 711 South Mt. Auburn Rd, a new facility� opening February 2022, and component medical clinic of the Pershing VA Medical Center in Poplar Bluff (Missouri, zip 63901). 5. A new Sources Sought / Request for Information is anticipated, seeking marketplace / industry� information related to capabilities, socioeconomic data, interest in the project, and other information related to periodic, (such as once weekly or similar), MRI Scan Services on VA property but not within the building. 6. Responses to this notice are welcome and requested.
