Small Business Set-Aside

Description

This project is set-aside for Total Small Businesses. The NAICS code for this project is 115310. The small business size standard is no greater than $20.5 Million in average annual receipts. Only offers from firms that are certified to meet both Small Business status and the size standard will be considered. You may contact your local U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) office (federal, not state office) for more information on the Small Business program. Your local SBA office's contact information may be found by accessing the SBA website (www.sba.gov). The Government intends to award up to 15 Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity�(IDIQ) contracts for Manual Fuels Reduction located on 6 national forests in Northern California. The Types of work will include all activities to maintain a healthy forest environment activity involved, but not limited to, treatments such as slashing, brushing, thinning, pullback, lopping and scattering, pruning, chipping, piling, covering piles, fuel break construction and burning activities are contemplated under this contract. The task orders against these contracts will be competed amongst the IDIQ contract awardees over the life of the contracts. The Maximum allowed to be ordered against all contracts is a total of $20 million, the expected IDIQ term is 5 years. LOCATION: Northern CA- Mendocino National Forest, Klamath National Forest, Lassen National Forest, Six Rivers National Forest, Modoc National Forest, and the Shasta-Trinity National Forest. Solicitation Release Date:� Spring 2022 Set-Aside:�This project is 100% set aside for Small Business. Response Location:�Offers will be accepted through email only. The purpose of this notice is to meet the FAR 5.201.� It is the contractor's responsibility to monitor the SAM.gov website for solicitation release and amendments.
