(ABOA):��7,368 Space Type:��Office Parking Spaces (Total):��23 Parking Spaces (Surface):��23 Parking Spaces (Structured):��0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):��0 Full Term:�20 years Firm Term:�15 years Option Term:�N/A Additional Requirements: Proposed space must Be on second floor or above; Not be on top floor of the building IF rooftop access is within the space; Not have public parking underneath or within the building; Not be within a shopping mall or shopping center; Not be within a building that houses daycare facility, abortion clinic, mental health clinic, or drug rehabilitation clinic, immigration, probation, public defenders and/or social services organization; Not be within a building that has metered or public parking directly in front, behind or next to the building; Must be able to accommodate secured parking for official tenant agency vehicles; Must not be within 1,000 linear feet of residential area, places of worship, schools, hospitals, prisons, abortion clinics, mental health clinics, drug rehabilitation clinic or daycare facilities; Proposed building must not allow surveillance cameras to be installed in elevator lobby on offered floor; Proposed space must not be in high crime area, as determined by the Lease Contracting Officer, to the extent that would negatively impact operations of tenant agency. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). �For more information, visit: https://acquisition.gov/FAR-Case-2019-009/889_Part_B. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Kansas City, MO that will be expiring.� The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.� In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
