Description
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor, not stated as a Government Furnished Property or Service, necessary to provide a Public Address System during the Arctic Thunder Open House at Joint-Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), Anchorage Alaska. Period of Performance:� 29 - 31 July, 2022.� Set up 28 July 2022. Specific Requirements:� � High-Fidelity All-Weather Public Address System capable of handling voice and music audio over an area of 40 Acres with up to 100,000 people per day.� The system should have 3 microphones, minimum two at the Air Boss station, and the potential for one additional in Hangars 2, or 3. �The contractor is responsible for planning, set up, testing, maintenance and tear down. 1.2.2� The government requests an operator onsite and available during the show.� 1.2.3� �Upon request by the contractor, JBER may elect to augment with available and compatible PA equipment from the 673d Communications Squadron (CS). If 673d CS equipment is requested and used, the contractor will initiate all planning and confirm required material availability and compatibility NLT 120 days prior to Arctic Thunder Open House. Additionally, requirements for government-provided power supplies need to be received NLT 120 days prior to Arctic Thunder Open House. 1.2.4��� Additional requests but not required: 1.2.4.1.�� Audible/coherent sound no lower than 70 dB throughout 40 acre coverage area. � ����������� 1.2.4.2.�� Low-Profile Speakers for crowd line to increase overall frontline viewing area. 1.2.4.3.�� 2x A-210-B Base Radio Stations with Aviation Headsets and Push-to-Talk. ����������� 1.2.4.4.�� Multiple A-24 Handheld Radios for first responder monitoring. 1.2.4.5.�� Real-Time Weather Station to provide AIRBOSS with instant wind, temperature and barometric pressure readings. ����������� 1.2.4.6.�� FM Event Simulcast for car or handheld FM Radio reception. 1.2.4.7.�� Each speaker capable of individual attenuation to enhance synchronized sound regardless of location as well as the ability to adjust overall volume per crowd section.
