This is a request for information and does not obligate the Government in any way, nor does it commit the Government to any specific course of action. Building upon the success of the Mobile Application Cloud Migration (MACM) Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) hosted in the VA Enterprise Cloud (VAEC) , VAs Office of Information and Technology (OIT) seeks to operate, and perform adaptive, perfective, corrective, and preventive maintenance upon, the Connected Care Infrastructure as a Service (CC IAAS), (formerly known as MACM) using Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices, techniques, and concepts. The VA CC IAAS utilizes the VAEC to provide compute spaces for: responsive websites, middleware (services supporting websites and mobile applications), commercial off-the-shelf products, and databases. VA is seeking responses to the questions in Section B. below from interested parties for the ongoing sustainment of the VA VA CC IaaS which will be hosted within the VAEC using government furnished cloud capacity. Please provide responses to the questions below as well as any additional comments, feedback, information, or questions related to this request. The Government is seeking as much information as possible and a complete response from industry to this RFI during this market research activity which may assist the Government in developing its acquisition strategy and finalizing any PWS. Questions Please submit the below requested information by 12:00PM EST on February 11, 2022 via email to Luis Lozada-Santiago, Contract Specialist, at luis.lozada-santiago@va.gov. VA reserves the right to not respond to any, all, or select responses or materials submitted. All VA current requirements identified herein are subject to change at any time. If you experience any problems or have any questions concerning this announcement, please contact Luis Lozada-Santiago at luis.lozada-santiago@va.gov, 848-377-5245 or Juan Quinones at juan.quinones@va.gov, 848-377-5173. VA appreciates your time and anticipated response.
