Description

DESCRIPTION: Seeking vendors who have the capability of providing the HP brand parts listed below and an estimated timeline required for vendors to prepare a quote once additional funding is obtained for future orders... Product Description, Part #, HP 3D HR PA 11 300L /140KG, Part # V1R18A HP 3D700 Fusing Agent 5L, Part # V1Q63A HP 3D700 Detailing Agent 5L, Part # V1Q64A HP 3D600 Cleaning Roll, Part # V1Q66A HP 3D600 Printhead, Part # F9K08A Rock Island Arsenal Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (JMTC) has an ongoing need for Consumables for a HP Jet Fusion 3D 4200 Printer in support of the production of 1.5 million swabs for Covid-19 testing. Parts are to be in accordance with specifications listed in attachment 0001. Parts are required to HP brand per attachment 0004. These commercial items will be purchased as needed based on mission demands with the initial quantity expected to be purchased in February 2022. The proposed action will not include an option provision. RIA-JMTC AM estimates the total dollar value of all orders to be $402,350.00 based on the Independent Government Estimate. The contractor is responsible for all shipping costs and costs shall be incorporated into part cost and not a separate line item. Listed in the table above are the consumable parts and material needed. The delivery address is: US ARMY ROCK ISLAND ARSENAL ATTN: Nick Schrup BUILDING 299 ROCK ISLAND IL 61299. The contractor will coordinate with the POC Nick Schrup nicholas.p.schrup.civ@army.mil (309) 782-1736 to deliver NLT 30 days after award. Once additional funding is obtained and a formal request for quote (RFQ) is announced the Government reserves the right to award no contract at all, depending on the quality of the quotes, prices submitted, and the availability of funds.
