Description

One (1) New Gymnasticator per Watervliet Arsenal Manufacturing Engineering Work Group Specification # Spec. #06-22-3419, Revision dated 1 December 2022. WVA is seeking to replace the existing Gymnasticator with a new Gymnasticator of similar design that is capable of performing the same. Delivery Point: FOB Destination Delivery: 365 Days After Date of Contract, or Better SAM Notice: In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) Registration must be active and include representations and certifications. CAUTION: This solicitation is issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder�s mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments that may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render your offer nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
