Description: This Amendment accomplishes the following: - Adds Questions and Answers (Q&As) document, dated 14 Feb 2023 - Establishes a cutoff date for the submission of questions. - Highlights that the Standard Form (SF) 424, Research and Related Senior/Key Person Profile (Expanded) Form, (Attachment 9) is required for both contract proposals and federal assistance proposals. - Replaces Attachment 10 with a Security Program Questionnaire. - Replaces Attachment 12 to include section I and section K of Model Contract.�
